Leszita is passionate about the power of Reflexology and is convinced of its ability to assist the body to heal naturally and holistically.

Reflexology is a popular therapy that uses specific areas on the feet or hands to improve health and well-being in the client. Points on teh feet correspond with organs and systems of the body and pressure is applied to these areas to benefit the individual's health. It enables the client to let stress flow away rather than to let tensions accrue leading to imbalance.
Leszita did a great job! She was gentle and she made my space calm and tranquil so that I could better enjoy the session. As she worked on me she told me what she was doing and points she targeted. I slept so well that night! Better than I ever have and woke without the headache that I usually have.
